Anna Campbell is having a “They Don’t Write Books Like That Any More” contest!
She wants to indulge in some romance nostalgia! Is there anything in the romances you started to read that you don’t see anymore and you’d love to see again? For example, when Anna started reading romances, the writers explored a variety of settings. Some of her favorites from the 70s and 80s are set in 17th-century Spain, 19th-century Russia, Renaissance Italy or medieval France. She’s not saying she’s sick of Regency England, but sometimes it’s nice to go further afield. What about you? Anything you’d like to see in romance novels that doesn’t seem to be available right now?
