My Avon thrillers are out at long last! A DARK LOVE was released in September (last spring in Germany, but that was a different publisher) and RIPTIDE in October. In addition, I've written and published two chick-lit style romantic comedies, THE WRITE MATCH and THE TRUE MATCH (both from Avalon Books). I began my career on Wall Street, moved on to writing about the airline business and quickly discovered the glam world of travel writing. I wrote for the major travel industry trades before taking on a job as Director of PR USA for British Airways, which IMO truly is the world's greatest airline. I stayed for 10 years with frequent overseas travel and secondments to London. I joined Starwood Hotels as Director of Advertising & PR for its St. Regis & Luxury Collection brands. By far the best trip I ever took was to Santa Fe, N.M., where I met my soon-to-be husband. We settled there after getting married (in Central Park) and I gave birth to our daughter. We moved to southeast Michigan for his job, which is now home for us and a Scottie named Buddy. I began writing fiction seriously here in Michigan about seven years ago after meeting one of my neighbors, Marianne Shock (past president and founding member of RWA). I earned my BA at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. (a place I love). I'm currently at work on my fifth novel, another thriller with heart, which is set in NYC (my hometown) and eastern Long Island.
